For our first productions we performed an extract of the fragrant alpine hay from ALPEGGIO FORNO DI MATLI GIANNI & C., Formazza valley, Alpe Forno, where he has a breed of Brown Swiss cows and production of high-quality dairy products.
Among their products is the famous and delicious Bettelmatt, which owes its unique and unmistakable flavour also to the hay we use!
The geographic conformation of our area allows the production of different types of honey, from chestnut honey, to the high mountain wildflower, from the rhododendron to honey lime.
Our first supplier, Giancarlo Fontana, gifted us his honey lime, smooth and delicate, with its warm and soothing amber colour.
The beekeeping of Carlin is a crafts beekeeping, attentive to the well-being of their bees.
We are in the land of blueberries … for the supplier, we have only to look around and choose!
The care for natural cultivation, without the use of chemicals, for the region and for their products resulted in our choice being guided to the Antonioli, farm providing quality products respecting the environment. They are two young people from the province of Milan, who have chosen a lifestyle in harmony with nature.

As regards our supplier for our red grapes producs, we have thinked about the “Casa Vitivinicola Eca” from Villadossola. Our products have been created throught dried marc of Merlot DOC “Ca’d Rusin”, grape harvest of October 2016!
Their current production, consists of two vineyard, the first is planted to Merlot, the second is planted to Nebbiolo; In addition to Merlot DOC “Ca’d Rusin”they offer a Nebbiolo DOC “Ca’d la Volp” and one variety of table wine “Ca’d Regina”. Moreover, they obtain two grappas from the grape pomace of both their vineyards.
